US Congressional Candidate Browning endorses Nugent.

Ocala Star Banner's Brad Rogers sets the stage for 2012 congressional run!
Brad Rogers Editorial 2/12/12 Must read.  Fruits of 23 years incumbency....
$9 out of $10 Stearns raised comes from outside his district.
Will Stearns out spend rivals umpteen to 1?
Will the "throw-the-bums-out" crowd finally stand up?
Will campaign war-chests be damned?
Will Stearns finally debate with candidates about issues?

Hello Folks, Please read the  Great article in Sunday's Ocala Star Banner by Brad Rogers.  "The Oelrich Challenge".  Rogers raises his voice with questions about how outsiders from around the world have funded the Stearns campaigns of the past 20 years.  Will we stand up to outside interest controlling our local elections?

Brad Rogers points out that Don Browning was just a small voice in the beginning, the only republican to challenge the old congressional machine in 20 years.  Brad you are right, my ideas of reform started out small like a seed, or whisper, and grew to a Shout!  Now my ideas are building; based on 20,000 voters shouting Jobs and Reform Congress.   My effort to revitalize commerce in our area is a solid tree to climb to shout out the message of reform.  Not a giant Oak yet, but a tree standing tall with 20,000 voters of stout support.  I was told recently, Stearns is "running" for the North, you Don are not running, but "standing firmly" on the deck of reform righting the good Ship Marion County and District 11.   Stearns  is old news, now the new news is Don Browning, Ted Yoho, and Steve Oelrich.

Now we must set ourselves to the giant task at hand, that of recovering the economic base of the City of Ocala, Marion County and join in the rest of District 11 in a resurgence.  The Villages are a rising star that can add vitality to our region.  Economic development must be regional and not one location pulling against the others.  We are a Central Florida Lakes and Springs Region.  We have a great treasure in our water supply but we must take better care of the Aquifer we depend on.  My 10% recharge plan from Marion County Springs will return more than enough water to the Floridan Aquifer insuring us all enough water to sustain our economic development.  All of Marion County draws 88 million gallons from the Aquifer daily.  We will put back 100 million gallons daily, by recharging 10% of what goes to the sea today from Silver and Rainbow Springs.

Our Banks In the 11th District can be brought back in alignment with the interest of the community by ending their need to support the incumbent congressman and his out of the district war chest.  For a share of the war chest deposits Banks  will only have to show a willingness to promote private enterprise on our Economic Action Team.    In the old days, Stearns would deposit his war chest in local banks and expect interest and donations in return.  Won't happen with Congressman Browning.  My war chest will belong to the community.  If funds come from outside the community the money should benefit the 11 District not Congressman Don Browning personally.  If anyone wants to get on my good side they must promote the US Constitution and commerce in the 11 District of Florida.

One of my first acts if elected to congress will be to take funds that come to this congressman from out of the district, and put them into our area banks but with a local promotion twist.
Out of state special interest dollars will be pledged to projects to revitalize our Commerce in the District 11 economy.   I will vote for the district and let special interest come to the district and help join our EconomicActionTeam.Com.

The people and businesses of Marion County will own my war chest!  Think about the power of that idea.  Why should a congressman own the Fl 11 Congressional Seat or the fruits of office.  The people of Marion County and the rest of District 11 will own the seat and the war chest!  I will promote term limits, and at my age (70 this year) 2, 4 or 6 years is all I would be willing to give my county.  I gave 4 years to the US Navy and will give 4 years to the US Congress.  The Navy didn't need reforming but the US Congress sure does.

Your were able to hit the crux of the story dead on.  We must revitalize our area economically, and oust the Washington establishment as they show their true colors.  Saving America and Marion County will come with the new vitality that is emerging.  The Star Banner is a new fresh breath of air, out from under the threat of financial uncertainty.  Now we must remove the financial "wet blanket" from the rest of our region and begin producing wealth.  Let's light this candle!

None of us are against the persons in congress, but we are all mostly unhappy with what has happened to our county during the 20 plus years.    Establishment congressmen all good guys and gals perhaps but in the last 20 years we all have gone an extra 10 trillion dollars in debt mostly to the communist Chinese.  We have to take the national credit card away from the Washington Establishment.

We must all pledge to promote economic growth and improved wealth for all the residents of Marion County in the next 5 years.

It is a good plan.  For Marion County, water will be a key resource.  Thanks for taking the time to understand the issues involved in tithing 10% of our treasured spring water back into the source, the aquifer.

We must treasure our natural resources.  In the past we could watch our clean clear spring water flow out to the gulf and Atlantic, but those days are over.

Now we must send 90% to the sea and put 10% back into the Aquifer.   A healthy water policy will help promote wealth and prosperity to Central Florida.

Effective leadership comes from an economically healthy district.
Let's go create some jobs and help congress find their way.  America is depending on all of us.  Each member of each district in America is called upon to do their part.

All the best,

Don Browning
